Luojia Temple Cableway

Baoquan · Luojia Temple Ecotourism Sightseeing Cableway is located in Baoquan Tourist Area, Bobi Town, Huixian County, Henan Province, with a total investment of 300 million yuan. The products of this project are fully imported from Doppelmayr of Austria and Garaventa of Switzerland. It includes the ecological platforms at the upper and lower stations of the Cableway, the line equipment inside the stations, the tourist reception center, distribution center, transfer center and other supporting and service facilities. The Cableway is a double-bearing and single-traction reciprocating cableway, with a total length of 1100 meters, a height difference of 334 meters, and an operating speed of 10 meters per second. It uses two reciprocating cabins that can each carry 180 people, with a passenger capacity of 2500 people per hour. On March 16, 2022, it was recognized by the China Cableway Association as the reciprocating cableway with the largest carrying capacity and transportation volume in China at present. The cabin that can carry 180 people is currently the largest single-layer monomer cabin in the world.
